Elly started in the Service Department in 2005. Ensuring customer satisfaction is kept at the highest possible level presents its challenges, however with over five years of experience on the frontline this task could not be in better hands.
One of Elly's key aims is to maintain Lexus of Rockhampton's position as a service leader with Lexus Australia. Implementing and maintaining the Lexus Dealer Standards initiative, which sets up guidelines for ensuring workshops and sites are well organised, quality producing, clean, tidy - and safe is an achievement that Elly is extremely proud of. Lexus of Rockhampton is very privileged to have an employee that can balance being full time Mum of two boys and be as dedicated to working with most importantly our Guests and other staff members.
