Kelvin has been with the dealership since the very beginning and has over 35 years of experience in the Service Department. Ensuring customer satisfaction is kept at the highest possible level presents its challenges however with the many years of experience both on the workshop floor and in frontline management this task could not be in better hands.
One of Kelvin's key aims is to maintain Lexus of Rockhampton's position as a service leader with Lexus Australia. Implementing and maintaining the Lexus Dealer Standards initiative, which sets up guidelines for ensuring workshops and sites are well organised, quality producing, clean, tidy - and safe is an achievement that Kelvin is extremely proud of.
