LEXUS EXTENDS LIFESTYLE PRIVILEGES AND OFFERS FUSS-FREE LBX USERSHIP
Lexus today furthered its position as a leader in luxury, extending lifestyle privileges to all Lexus customers, in addition to a new usership option exclusive to purchasers of its pioneering LBX urban SUV.
Access to a fleet of Lexus vehicles available at the time, valet parking and airport lounge access - normally gifted exclusively to customers of the brand's L-series flagship models (LS, LC, LX and LM) and BEVs (UX 300e and RZ) via complimentary three-year Encore Platinum1 and Encore Platinum Electrified2 memberships respectively - is now open to all Lexus customers via a new 12-month Encore Elevate3 paid membership.
LBX customers also have the option of fuss-free usership with a tailored Full-Service Lease4 (FSL) - where a monthly fee comprising registration, insurance^, servicing5 and fuel if customers choose to include it - provides convenient and cashless luxury mobility.
Lexus Australia Chief Executive John Pappas said these innovations further demonstrates the brand's commitment to provide mobility solutions while adding joy to customers' everyday lives.
"Our research shows LBX customers want flexible ownership options beyond traditional up-front payment, consumer loan or novated lease products," Mr Pappas said.
"We also know Lexus customers are prepared to pay for exclusive privileges where luxurious surprises become part of every day. It's another way Lexus makes luxury personal."

Encore Elevate3 paid membership is open to all new and existing Lexus customers, regardless of the vehicle model or date of manufacture, so long as their Lexus was sold through an authorised Lexus Australia dealer in the first instance.
Encore Elevate3 gives customers access to a fleet of Lexus vehicles for special occasions through Lexus on Demand - a stunning luxury LC sports car for weekend getaways, or a flagship LM luxury mover for special outings with family and friends, for example - throughout Australia and New Zealand, twice a year, up to five days at a time.
Valet parking is included at selected shopping centres nationally four times a year, together with two passes to more than 800 premium airline lounges around the world.
A 12-month Encore Elevate membership is $1,899. For recent purchasers of new Lexus vehicles it adds to the complimentary three-year Encore6 membership accompanying every LBX, UX, NX, RX and ES luxury sedan, regardless. A complimentary one-year Encore6 membership applies to Lexus Certified Pre-Owned vehicles.

Encore6 benefits include VIP offers with Lexus luxury hotel partners, invitations to exclusive events, curated dining offers, discounts to movies and Ampol premium fuels, as well as DriveCare 24/7 roadside assistance7.
These benefits join leading Lexus Vehicle Owner Benefits of Lexus service loan cars, vehicle collection & drop-off and capped price servicing afforded to all customers purchasing a new or Certified Pre-Owned Lexus, laying the foundations for an unrivalled ownership experience that distinguishes Lexus from competitors.
Encore Platinum1 retains its VIP status for L-series customers by remaining complimentary for three years, while doubling the number of Lexus on Demand loans to four over the period, with use up to eight days at a time. Free valet parking is also doubled to eight, similarly airline lounge passes to four.
Encore Platinum Electrified2 adds complimentary standard home charger installation and free access to selected public fast chargers for UX 300e and RZ customers for three years, in addition to the suite of Encore Platinum1 privileges.
The LBX is a breakthrough car for Lexus, offering levels of luxury, refinement, style and comfort normally expected on larger and higher priced cars.
It is priced from $47,5508 with annual capped-price servicing at $595 for the first five years. LBX is available in 2WD in Luxury and Sports Luxury grades, and AWD exclusively in Sports Luxury.
FSL5 is offered through Lexus Financial Services and combines all major LBX running costs into one single monthly payment, with approved customers able to select a lease period ranging from one to five years.
Mr Pappas added FSL5 was all about providing ease of usership, convenience, and peace of mind.
"After the lease term you can simply hand the LBX back to the dealer, decide to lease it again, or return it and move onto another Lexus vehicle," Mr Pappas said.
"A Full-Service Lease might not be the solution for everyone, but it might be ideal for some, and it's important that we provide Lexus customers with choice."
Lexus will monitor Full-Service Lease5 take-up on the LBX and assess if it is suitable for other Lexus models.
