what is trips?
Trips1 will display all the destination favourites and multi-stop trips that have been saved in the Lexus Enform Mobile app. Users will be able to quickly select favourite trips and navigate to their destination.

Trips1 operates from information provided by third parties and may not cover all areas.
What is calendar?
Calendar1 allows you to integrate your calendar from your compatible smartphone2, which can then be displayed onto the vehicle’s multimedia display. The route information will be transferred into the navigation by pressing “Set destination” button.
What is weather?
Weather1 helps you keep up to date with the latest weather forecast whilst on the road. The interface has been updated to present information in a simpler manner. Basic functions include today’s temperature (max. and min.), condition (sunny, cloudy, storm, etc.), as well as daily temperature forecast. You can also search for the weather in suburbs all over Australia to see the weather at your destination.

Weather information is provided by the Australian Government's Bureau of Meteorology and may not cover all areas or be entirely accurate.
What is Places?
Places1 makes it easy to search for nearby business listings and view their location. You can conveniently select the desired search result and quickly setup navigation to that destination.

Places1 operates from information provided by third parties. It may not cover all areas.
What is parking?
Parking locations can be searched using the app via smartphone2 or multimedia display. This means you can search for parking before you arrive at your destination. On-street parking results can be searched in Melbourne CBD and selected areas in Canberra.
I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED THE SOFTWARE FROM MY VEHICLE'S AUDIO. WHAT DO I DO?
The next time you connect your smartphone containing the Lexus Enform app2, you will receive a message on your in-vehicle display indicating that an update is available. If you have a fast and stable internet/data connection, you can perform this update which will download the apps to the vehicles multimedia system1.
WHAT HAPPENS TO LEXUS ENFORM IF MY VEHICLE BATTERY IS DISCONNECTED?
Lexus Enform will resume once your vehicle's power is restored.
CAN I OPERATE LEXUS ENFORM APPS WHEN I'M DRIVING?
Your safety while on the road is paramount. The Lexus Enform system is designed to provide minimal driver distraction - this is why some Lexus Enform apps can be used when the vehicle is moving, but interactive functions cannot be used. Drivers remain responsible for compliance with all local road laws.
WILL MORE APPS BECOME AVAILABLE IN THE FUTURE?
Yes. Lexus will continue to review the apps offered on Lexus Enform1. Addition, deletion or changes to applications may take place at any time.

WHEN MORE APPS ARE RELEASED WILL I BE ABLE TO RECEIVE THEM?
If Lexus release new apps for Lexus Enform you will receive a prompt on your vehicle's multimedia display to perform an update1.
WHY ARE THERE NO SOCIAL MEDIA APPS LIKE FACEBOOK?
The available apps have been carefully chosen to aid drivers while using their vehicle.
VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY
Can I get Enform on another manufacturer's vehicle?
No. The Enform system is an in-vehicle system unique to Lexus.
Which Lexus models have Enform?
Please check lexus.com.au/enform/devices to see if Lexus Enform is compatible with your vehicle.
SMARTPHONE CONNECTIVITY
I don't have a compatible smartphone, can I still use Enform?
At this time, only the listed compatible smartphones have been tested and confirmed to work with Lexus Enform. Other similar smartphones may have some level of compatibility, but Lexus does not guarantee this. See lexus.com.au/enform/devices for compatible devices.
Is my phone compatible with Enform?
Enform will work with compatible smart phones only2. Apple iPhone® and Google Android™ platform smart phones form a large percentage of the smart phone market in Australia, ensuring most customers will be able to use the Enform system.
In the future, other popular makes of smart phones may also be considered but Lexus has no immediate plans to expand the operability to any other makes or models.
Enform will not work with Blackberry or Windows phones at this stage. Lexus retains the right to amend the list of compatible phones from time to time.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE THE RIGHT OPERATING SYSTEM (OS) ON MY SMART PHONE?
Lexus Australia will support the most current major Operating System version release for iOS® and Android™, including all minor versions and the prior major Operating System version, if version is supported by the device manufacturer2.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I CHANGE MY PHONE?
Your new phone must be compatible with the Lexus Enform app2 and you must download the app onto your phone. Your Lexus Enform preferences are stored on the phone and are not transferable at this stage.
I ACCIDENTALLY DELETED THE APP FROM MY PHONE. WHAT DO I DO?
You will need to download the Lexus Enform app again. All previous settings will be reset and need to be reinstated on your smartphone device.
DATA AND DEVICES
Can I connect more than one smartphone to Enform?
Only one phone can pair to the multimedia display at a time.
How much will the data download costs be? Will it increase my phone bill?
Data usage will vary depending on each app and how often you use it. We suggest you check with your service provider to understand the limits of your purchased data plan. Some smartphones, like iPhone®, can track how much cellular data is used. Refer to your smartphones owner's manual for details.

Will Enform work with my iPad or iPod Touch?
No. Enform is designed to work with compatible smartphones only2.
OVERVIEW AND APPS
What is Lexus Enform?
Lexus Enform1 is a multimedia feature that uses a compatible smart phone app2 to access a suite of in-vehicle apps and services. It provides real-time advice on calendar events and the latest weather updates. It can receive navigation destinations from the smart phone, search for local addresses, restaurants and businesses all though the vehicle's multimedia display system.
How does Enform work?
It works by pairing a compatible smart phone2, with Lexus Enform installed, to your vehicle's multimedia display via Bluetooth®. You can easily control Enform services through the vehicle's remote touch controller. Access will be via the Lexus Enform icon1 on the multimedia display on the centre console. Lexus Enform utilises compatible iPhone® or Android™ smart phones2, unlocking access to a suite of apps and services, all around the clock, all within your vehicle, all in real time.
What App Services are included?
Lexus is continually adding services to Enform.
The Lexus Enform1 apps will enable you to:
- Plan trips and send single/multiple stops from a smart phone to the vehicle.
- Find on-street/off-street parking nearby.
- Set a parking reminder on your smart phone2.
- Find petrol stations nearby using your smart phone2.
- Check the weather forecast.
- Check your calendar schedule and set destinations.
- Search our online database for Points of Interest in your vehicle.

What is "Lexus App Suite"?
"Lexus App Suite" provided customers with the capability to access approved 3rd party applications from their phones, on their in-vehicle multimedia display. In keeping with our customers' preferences, Lexus App Suite has been discontinued. Our customers continue to enjoy the same connectivity by using Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. We trust you will continue to enjoy Lexus connectivity. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Why does my Multimedia display show the warning: “Download error , some App Suite functions may not work as expected. Reinitiate the download process.”?
In keeping with our customers' preferences, Lexus App Suite has been discontinued. Our customers continue to enjoy the same connectivity by using Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. To remove this warning please update your Lexus application to the latest version in your app store. We trust you will continue to enjoy Lexus connectivity. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Why does my Multimedia display show the warning: "Application download could not be completed. Try again later. "?
In keeping with our customers' preferences, Lexus's Vehicle App Suite has been discontinued. Our customers continue to enjoy the same connectivity by using Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. To remove this warning please update your Lexus App to the latest version. We trust you will continue to enjoy Toyota connectivity. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Why does my Multimedia display show the warning: "Apple CarPlay is currently active. In order to use the Lexus App Suite turn off Apple CarPlay?
To remove this warning please update your Lexus App to the latest version and try to connect to Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ again.
Why are App icons in the "Apps" menu greyed out and when selected why does my Multimedia display show the warning: "When it is safe and legal to do so, ensure your Lexus application is running and logged in on your phone."?
To remove this warning you will need to reset you in vehicle multimedia system. To do this, navigate to Setup> General and select "Delete personal data" from the menu. This will clear all settings, radio station favourites and Bluetooth devices.
